Biography of Tracie Pennypacker
As a young child, Tracie would often play dress up with her older sister, throwing together different elements from past generations.
This holds true to her style today which is both eclectic and hip, mixing 1960s through 1990s fashions together.
Her fashions always set her apart from her classmates, but that never interfered with her quirky personality.
Tracie is an outgoing, yet shy individual, who lives her life as a free spirit. She drifted to California, by herself, and loved the ability to start anew. This girl loves changes, while maintaining a lot from her Ohio roots. She often reminisces about jukeboxes playing Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker, dancing around bonfires, smelling like a bonfire, long country roads lined with cornfields, and lightning bugs on long summer nights.
She despises the greed in society today, and will not step foot in a Wal*Mart... no matter how the low prices entice her! You will find her at a Target, only when dragged in, perhaps twice a year. She dislikes companies that steal ideas from unknown artists.
Her passion is to support those that put their heart on the line, give back to the community, create from the heart, or all of the above.
You can often find her staring out the window, reading Marc Bekoff, signing petitions, and writing letters to those [companies] that anger her. She might be shy in person, but she hides a strong bite... and story... in her creations.
